Rideshare

What routes does TruckIt cover?

TruckIt currently delivers goods along the routes Kano to Lagos, and Kano to Port Harcourt, and vice versa. In the future we will be seeing more routes added according to customers’ needs and available resources.

Can one do rideshare or partial load?

No, all consignments are assigned their dedicated trucks for the safety of your goods.

Cancellation & Refunds

How can I cancel a Shipment

 You can cancel an approved Shipment by sending an email to support@agrotruckit.com requesting a cancellation. Cancellations before your order has been picked up attract a 5,000 NGN processing fee. You can cancel after pickup to have your goods returned to the pickup point. Note that there will be no refunds for cancellations after pickup.

Can I change my paired driver?

Yes, you can send us a request to change your driver via email at support@agrotruckit.com and your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. Requests must be made at most 24 hours after pairing to allow us time to source another driver

Where can I find my order details?
Your order details are within your user profile on https://agrotruckit.com/dashboard/order-history/
How do I know my goods have been delivered?

You will receive a confirmation email with photo evidence and a signed waybill.

 
When should I schedule my goods to be picked up?

We recommend scheduling  a pickup between 7 – 14 days before your proposed pickup date.

What do I need to create an account?

Your name, email, phone number, business name and CAC registration document.

Can I send non-agric products?

No, we only deliver agricultural goods as defined here.

Where do I find my driver details?

Your driver details are sent to you via email, and shown directly on the tracking page on user dashboard. Simply enter your tracking number to see your paired driver.

 
Can I change my paired driver?

Yes, you can send us a request to change your driver via email at support@agrotruckit.com and your request will be reviewed within 48 hours.

Can I change my delivery details?

You can change your delivery and pickup details within the same cities at an extra fee, if you do so before your order has been picked up.

Payment

Is there an option for payment on delivery?

Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway and it is 100% upfront payment to get your order successfully into the system for processing and delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from all major Nigerian banks and card providers. International payments are not supported for now.
