Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel an approved Shipment by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a cancellation. Cancellations before your order has been picked up attract a 5,000 NGN processing fee. You can cancel after pickup to have your goods returned to the pickup point. Note that there will be no refunds for cancellations after pickup.
Yes, you can send us a request to change your driver via email at email@example.com and your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. Requests must be made at most 24 hours after pairing to allow us time to source another driver

You will receive a confirmation email with photo evidence and a signed waybill.
We recommend scheduling a pickup between 7 – 14 days before your proposed pickup date.
